How skilled is your scapula?

Prepare for seamless movement. Improve scapular control.

Try these variations (3 sets each):

1. Beginner: 10-20 repetitions

2. Intermediate: 6-10 repetitions

3. Advanced: 6-10 repetitions

Get the quality right:

- Keep arms straight and rotate shoulders outward

- Press shoulders down and away from your ears

- Move the scapulae towards and away from each other

- Squeeze glutes. Avoid collapsing in the lower back
