5 Minute Handstand Flow
Getting stronger does not need to be boring.
Here is an effortless flow:
1. Ape squats x 6 reps both legs
2. Ape waves x 30 sec both legs
3. Press into headstand x 6 reps (see easier version at the end).
4. Ape insertion x 6 reps both sides
5. Ape flow (Connect the dots)
Use this little spark to ignite your curiosity.
Don’t get discouraged if it’s not where you want it to be, yet.
Instead, use your burning desire as fuel.
