Here’s a short routine to feel more balanced.
Our stability comes from our movability:
A constant search for your axis, bringing the center of mass above the surface of support.
Today we’ll explore the feet: our main support throughout the day.
A. Feet circles
1. Small
2. Medium
3. Large
Circle for 6x to the left / 6x to the right - one set
B. Feet balance
1. Ball
2. Heel
3. Outside
4. Inside
Hold for 15-30 seconds - one set
C. Test your balance
For example: 30 seconds balancing on one leg with eyes open or closed
These exercises can be done in less than 5 minutes and will help you improve

- knee stability
- ankle and foot mobility
